Conference Room

A versatile 8.4m x 8.4m space which can be used for meetings, classes, workshops, exhibitions and functions. Suitable for seating up to 80 theatre-style.

Facilities include:

  • Internet access via Ethernet cable or WiFi

  • Ceiling mounted projector and sound system

  • VGA, HDMI and AUX ports to connect devices

  • Multiple power points

  • Upholstered chairs

  • Heat pump

  • Trestle tables

  • Access to full commercial kitchen and private servery

  • Deck access and separate outside entrance

  • Parking in our private car park

  • Access to full bathroom facilities including disability access

  • Microphones [on request]

  • Portable whiteboard [on request]

  • Café chairs and tables [on request]

  • Lectern [on request]

    Sound technician available on request.

Standard Costs: $59 per hour

Kitchen Use Hire: $55 per event (Note: just tea/coffee etc use is included in rental)

AV Hire: $35 per event

 
 

St Chads Meeting Rooms

Rooms with bi-fold doors which can be closed to create two small rooms. Suitable for meetings, classes, workshops, tutoring and children’s activities. Suitable for seating up to 25 people. 

Facilities include:

  • Internet access via Ethernet cable or WiFi

  • Multiple power points

  • Upholstered chairs

  • Trestle tables

  • Wall mounted or portable whiteboard

  • Access to kitchenette

  • Parking in our private car park

  • Access to full bathroom facilities including disability access

  • Access to full commercial kitchen [on request]

  • Café tables and chairs [on request]

  • Portable whiteboard [on request]

  • Bluetooth/AUX/USB Extreme JBL portable speaker [on request]

  • Portable Projector with VGA/HDMI/WiFi [on request, additional]

Standard Rates:

A large 13.5m x 6.7m space which can be used for meetings, classes, workshops, exhibitions, parties and children's activities.  

Facilities include:

  • Internet access via Ethernet cable or WiFi

  • Multiple power points

  • Upholstered chairs

  • Private kitchenette

  • Private bathrooms, parents room and shower.

  • Private outside entry

  • Parking in our private car park

  • Wall mounted whiteboard

  • Access to fully fenced outside grass area

  • Café and trestle tables [on request]

  • Bluetooth/AUX/USB Extreme JBL portable speaker [on request]

  • Portable Projector with VGA/HDMI/WiFi [additional]

Standard Costs: $49 per hour

Av Hire: $35 per event
